RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Within 10 days of receiving the product(s) ordered from the DAZOIL online store (www.dazoil.com), return any product(s) that you are not completely happy with.
Product(s) can be returned, provided that the product(s) is in its new and original condition, original product packaging attached with its original price tags and labels.
Original product is required.
Refund will be made to your original mode of payment within 1 month if the return product(s) met the Return Policy requirement above.
1. If product(s) received by you is in a damaged or defective condition,
2. If product(s) expired,
3. If wrong product(s) delivered to you,
4. Please fill in the return form with full particulars,
5. Return the original product(s) in sale-able condition together with the filled Return Form.
It is compulsory to attach and submit the Return Form in any of the return methods.
DAZOIL reserves the right to deny a refund or exchange if the product(s) does not meet the Return Policy requirements above.
DAZOIL reserves the right to make final decisions and to alter this policy at any time.
